HR & Admin Officer

Position: HR & Admin Officer
 
Location: Pune
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
HR Related: Recruitments and selection, induction, Attendance/ Leave & Salary Processing. Renewals of Contract letters, Agreements. Handling ER, activities to ensure employee satisfaction. Assist in Training & Development of employee, Assist in PMS functions & appraisal process.
 
Admin Related: Handling tours/ travel booking , Handling VISA related correspondence . Employees Insurance. Office maintenance and management. AMC of all logistics / vehicles Govt. Laisoning ( BSNL. MSEB, PMC, RTO etc.)
 
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate with either MPM /MBA/MSW
Minimum 3- 4 years’ experience in medium size Organisation.
 
Desirable Qualification:                                                                                                                
Knowledge of computer /Portals / Internet/Independently corresponding HRM system. Good Interpersonal relationship. Good command over English language (written and verbal)
