This study has been conducted in six selected villages where WOTR implemented a landscape climate change adaptation (CCA) project covering 25 villages in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra from 2010 to 2014. The selected villages are located in three topographies: the hills of the Western Ghats (Ghoti, Khadki Budruk), the plateau (Warudi Pathar, Mahalwadi), and the area near a rivulet (Kauthe Khurd, Kauthe Budruk) in the rain shadow of the Western Ghats. The objective of the study is to evaluate the impacts of the climate change adaptation measures implemented by WOTR in these locations.
